By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or contracting our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

2. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content, text, graphics, logos, images, code, and software on this website are the exclusive property of Boston Wall Prints LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may view, download, or print pages from the site for your personal or internal business review, but you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our express written permission.

3. User Conduct & Submissions

When interacting with our website or requesting services, you agree not to:

  • Submit fraudulent, inaccurate, or misleading contact or project information.

  • Upload, transmit, or request the printing of any content that violates intellectual property rights, trademarks, copyrights, or is unlawful, defamatory, or obscene.

  • Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning, security, or technical infrastructure of our website.

4. Scope of Physical Services & Site Preparation

Direct-to-wall printing requires specific environmental and structural conditions for proper execution. Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing:

  • Surface Integrity: Clients are responsible for ensuring that target walls are structurally sound, properly primed, clean, smooth, and free of moisture, flaking paint, or dust prior to our arrival.

  • Workspace Access: Clients must provide clear, unobstructed physical access to the printing area, including adequate clearance for vertical printing equipment and a stable power source.

  • Workspace Safety: Clients must ensure a safe working environment free of active construction hazards that could compromise our equipment or crew.

5. Artwork Licensing & Portfolio Rights

  • Client Design Ownership: Clients retain all intellectual property rights to the underlying brand designs, logos, or custom graphics they supply. By submitting files, you grant Boston Wall Prints LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to process, resize, and print those files strictly for the execution of your project.

  • Company-Created & Acquired Art: Any custom artwork, designs, concepts, layouts, or digital assets created, commissioned, or acquired by Boston Wall Prints LLC remain the exclusive property of Boston Wall Prints LLC. Unless explicitly transferred via a separate written agreement, clients receive only a limited license to display the printed artwork on the specified wall surface and do not acquire ownership rights to the underlying digital files or designs.

  • Photography & Portfolio Rights: Unless a client explicitly requests otherwise in writing prior to project execution, Boston Wall Prints LLC reserves the right to photograph, record, and use before-and-after images of completed wall-printing projects for promotional, portfolio, and advertising purposes across our website, social media, and marketing channels.

6. Pricing, Quotes, and Payment Terms

  • Estimates: All project estimates are provided based on measurements and surface descriptions supplied by the client or evaluated during an initial consultation. Final pricing is subject to physical verification of the job site and wall conditions.

  • Deposits & Balances: Custom print projects typically require a non-refundable deposit to secure scheduling and prep files, with the remaining balance due upon project completion as outlined in your individual service agreement or invoice.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

  • Substrate & Wall Conditions: Boston Wall Prints LLC uses advanced UV-curing vertical printing technology designed for various architectural surfaces. However, we disclaim liability for pre-existing structural wall defects, hidden moisture damage, improper prior drywall installation, or peeling of underlying sub-par paint coats that may affect print adherence.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boston Wall Prints LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or direct-to-wall printing services.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted directly to this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the website or our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
